How do you know that you’ve been sleeping too long?

Sleeping can be one of inevitable needs of a human. You need to sleep to be healthy. A lack of sleep can cause minor aches and diseases to our human body same through with those who have too much sleep. Usually, people fall asleep because it is a need and sometimes because they have a lack of sleep so they felt very sleepy all the day. People with lack of sleep or having just an hour of sleeping time that day will surely cause severe sleepiness.

A person who has severe sleepiness will accidentally fall asleep anywhere his/her head is set off to sleep. In my experience, when I have just an hour or three hours of sleeping time, I usually fall asleep anywhere when my lean my head and close my eyes without knowing it. But how do you know that you’ve been sleeping too long?

Time. When you accidentally fall asleep, sometimes you didn’t know the time when you started to sleep. But sometimes people who want to sleep checks first the time before the sleep so that they can manage or alarm them to enable them to not be late or get ready for something. By the time or checking the time, you know already if you have been sleeping too long but what if you didn’t check the time. You knew when your surrounding change, I mean when you accidentally fall asleep in the day and then woke up in the afternoon, that will assure you that you have been sleeping too long..

Headache. How to know that you have been sleeping too long is that you experience headaches. A person that is sometimes always have many sleeping time than normal, this person will become a habit of sleeping. And from that, too much sleep will cause you headaches. I sometimes experience on headaches after I woke up because I have too much of sleeping time. People who have lack of sleep or having too much of sleeping time always wanted to sleep and it is inevitable for them. Experiencing headache is a sign to know that you have been sleeping too long because headache is caused sometimes by too much sleep.

Still tired. When you know that you have been sleeping too long, you sometimes feel that you are still tired. You can’t even open your eyes in the worst case, you can’t even stand, walk, move your bod, etc. You just want to close your eyes and have a good position to sleep. When you are doing something that is really tiring and then suddenly you accidentally fall asleep while doing it. For sure, you will feel that you are still tired of doing those things and you know that you have been sleeping for too long. Your body aches and the surrounding changes and also the time. You can check the time but another sign to know that you have been sleeping for too long is that you are still tired of that position when you accidentally fall asleep.

Back hurts. This case is for those who are accidentally fall asleep when sitting. They lean their back and close their eyes, and when they woke up from a long sleep, their back will hurts. Generally, it depends on the position of the back, you feel that you are still tired and your back hurts when you fall asleep for too long. Sometimes it is not just you back hurts, but also the part of your body that was often use when you are sleeping. Sometimes I experience back pain, my arm aches and my neck because of the position that I used when I fall asleep, plus you can add the headache. It is inevitable sometimes that you can’t have a good position to sleep just to set off your head and close your eyes will sure make you fall from the spell.

Hungry. The last thing in my list is that you can feel some tummy hurts and growls. This can happen if your stomach is empty or you didn’t have your meal before you sleep. You know that you have been sleeping too long when you feel you are hungry because of that. Sometimes, medically speaking, it is because of your disease around your tummy or digestive system. This is just a minor need of your tummy and sure thing a sign to know that you have been sleeping for too long.
