Low Pressure Area (LPA) will continue until Thursday - PAGASA

Since the shallow low pressure area was formed, large areas in some part of the Philippines is now affected by low pressure area (LPA) last sighted in distance 200 kilometers east of Surigao City.

According to Samuel Duran of PAGASA forecasting center, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) is the reason why it is still rains in the southern part of Luzon, Northern Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Kabikolan including Metro Manila.

You can see in the PAGASA sattelite image that the huge amount of clouds around the area can cause flooding.

Due to the large concentration of clouds the people will experience moderate to strong rain in Bicol and Eastern Visayas, while in other areas including Metro Manila there are some cloud formation which can cause a possible light to moderate rain.

The said Low Pressure Area (LPA) may continue until Thursday.

NOKIA Lumia 610 now features Wi-Fi Hotspot

The incredible feature in the upcoming Nokia Lumia 610 has been sighted and that is the ability to use the phone as a Wi-Fi Hotspot. Amazing isn't it?

This feature is really great but not a new now that it is added on the cart for the specification of Nokia Lumia 610. This is a great feature for a smartphone now that it is a demand for many internet users today.

In fact, the Wi-Fi Hotspot feature is already a functionality in the Windows Phone Mango on its update. You can check the specification for Windows Phone Mango with its Wi-Fi Hotspot.

But the reason the Wi-Fi Hotspot feature is interesting on the Nokia Lumia 610 is because it is the only Lumia phone as of now that can boast of this feature

Neither the Nokia Lumia 800 nor the Nokia Lumia 710 having it on-board, but of course the Nokia Lumia 610 with this feature is more expensive than other Lumia phones.

It makes us wonder why Nokia would want to keep this feature on its cheaper device and away from those who paid more money for its more expensive handsets.

Windows Phone Tango is now 7.5 Refresh!

Finally, the Windows Phone (WP) Tango is named. It will be officially named as 7.5 Refresh.

According Stefania Duico, the lead of Windows Phone Italy, the Windows Phone Tango update will be officially called 7.5 Refresh.

As you probably know, currently WP Mango is called just 7.5 and now the WP Tango was 7.5 Refresh.

Adding the Refresh moniker and not changing the OS version actually makes sense. Though WP Tango or WP 7.5 Refresh is just another configuration of the WP Mango which is called the WP 7.5 the feature is that they lowered the Windows Phone specs and this is their major role and that so less-capable devices could run it (without multi-tasking, live tiles, etc.).

The update will become available for every WP-based smartphone out there later this year. The next major release is Apollo a.k.a. Windows Phone 8. It will probably launch in Q3 this year.
